Account Creation and Activation

 Click the Create account option in the top right corner of the screen.

 

Accept the general information clauses and consents. Then, at the bottom of the screen, press Continue. Enter your email address and password. Next, log in to the email account you provided during registration and click the activation link. After activating the link, a confirmation message will appear The account has been activated.

 

Selecting Recruitment

Select the recruitment your application will pertain to e.g. First-cycle studies (winter semester 2026/2027, summer recruitment). Without making a selection, completing your data will not be available in the form presented in the next step.

 

 

Completing personal data

Fill in your details in the My account / Personal forms: basic personal data, address and contact information, add a photo, and provide your education information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Applying for a Programme

 Go to the educational offer section and select the programme you are interested in, then click Apply. Registration confirmation will be the following message:

If you selected more than one field of study, set the priorities by dragging them in the list of applications.

Pay the admission fee

The application fee (PLN 85) should be paid to the University's bank account: 98 2490 0005 0000 4600 8764 0393

Please note that the admission fee is charged separately for each selected field of study. This means that if you choose 3 fields of study, you must pay 3 separate admission fees. Failure to pay the fee will prevent you from printing the personal questionnaire, which is required to complete the admission process.

 

 

Obtain a referral for an occupational medicine examination

A referral for a medical examination by an occupational medicine physician for candidates applying to first- and second-cycle degree programmes can be obtained by email (rekrutacja@ans.edu.pl) or in person at the Teaching and Student Affairs Office (ul. Zamkowa 4, room 26).

 

Submit the complete set of documents

By 3 August 2026, 3:00 PM, please provide us with the following paper documents:

  1. A personal questionnaire generated from the admissions system, printed and signed with the candidate’s full name;
  2. A photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate (matura certificate):
  • if submitting documents in person or through an authorized representative: a photocopy and the original certificate for inspection;
  • if submitting documents by post or courier: a photocopy certified as a true copy of the original by a notary public, a public administration authority, or the UMCS Admissions Office; please DO NOT SEND original matura certificates, annexes, or duplicate copies.

       3. One photograph measuring 35 mm × 45 mm, signed on the back with the candidate’s full name (in accordance with the current                       requirements for ID card/passport                 photographs).

 

FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED A RESIGNATION FROM UNDERTAKING STUDIES

 

Await the results

Announcement of admission results: 06.08.2026 at 2:00 PM (in the IRK system).
